Terri Paajanen is a published author and freelance writer. She has been writing on a wide-range of topics for years, including spending several years covering topics for About.com. Though she loves to experiment with all manner of drinks, she has a special passion for coffee. She maintains another website dedicated to coffee and tea at The Steaming Cup.
Terri enjoys writing fiction in her spare time, as well as veggie gardening and trying to keep up with her 7-year old daughter. There are no home renovations projects too big, either.
Besides beverages and cooking, she writes about other such diverse topics as witchcraft, healthy cooking, genealogy and camping and hiking.
