Dry Hot Chocolate Mixes

A home-made hot chocolate mix will make your beverage making easy

You don't have to melt chocolate and cream every time you want hot chocolate. Any one of these dry mixes can be stored for months, for instant cocoa.

The weather is getting warmer, but still cool enough for a rich cup of hot chocolate. But it might be a bit warm to start melting chocolate to make a cup of cocoa from scratch. So you can compromise by using a custom dry mix for your hot chocolate. It's fast, easy and won't heat up your whole kitchen.

Most of these recipes will make a lot of mix, so you will need to store the extra in an air-tight container. The quantities of mix and water will vary between recipes.
